By downloading, installing, or using Haunted Hunt Helper (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Haunted Hunt Helper, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE APP. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
Haunted Hunt Helper is a community-based mobile application that allows users to browse Halloween prop lineups from major retailers, log and view community store sightings, track prop availability and price changes, create wishlists and budgets, and participate in community rankings. The App is an independent community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer referenced within the App.
All store sighting information displayed in the App is submitted by individual users and has not been verified by Haunted Hunt Helper, LLC. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or usefulness of any user-generated sighting data.
The Haunted Tracker feature provides automated stock availability and price information derived from periodic checks of third-party retailer websites. This data is provided for informational purposes only.
By using the App, you agree that you will NOT:
We reserve the broad and absolute right, in our sole and complete discretion, without prior notice or liability to you, to remove, edit, modify, or refuse to display any user-generated content for any reason or no reason at all.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, submission of false content, harassment of other users, or any other reason in our sole discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by selecting "Delete Profile" in the App settings or by contacting us at support@hauntedhunthelper.com.
Haunted Hunt Helper, LLC is an independent community application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with The Home Depot, Lowe's Companies, Inc., Spirit Halloween, or any other retailer referenced in the App. All retailer trademarks and other intellectual property of such retailers are property of their respective owners.
All rights reserved. The App, including its design, code, features, graphics, logos, and all original content created by Haunted Hunt Helper, LLC, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any of our proprietary content without our prior written consent.
By submitting content to the App, you grant Haunted Hunt Helper, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the App.
Users assume full responsibility for all risks, damages, or losses resulting from their use of the App, any information obtained through the App, or any materials accessed via the App. This includes reliance on user-generated sighting data, automated stock or price data, and any decisions made based on information displayed in the App.
The App may contain links to external websites or retailer product pages. Haunted Hunt Helper, LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, practices, or availability of any external websites linked within the App. You access external websites entirely at your own risk.
Haunted Hunt Helper, LLC is not liable for any errors, failures, delays, data loss, or other issues resulting from unstable internet connections, device technical problems, third-party service outages, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware. Any cause of action or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
These Terms of Service are accessible within the App at any time by navigating to Profile → Terms of Service. A copy of these Terms is presented to all new users upon first launch of the App and must be accepted before accessing any features.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
